After you defrost the freezer you will need to clean the coils underneath the frig and be sure that air can flow properly.

I have a GE GSH25JFTA CC refrigerator and it is not cooling properly. What should I check or replace?

Depending how long the power was off you may have an ice blockage in the freezer. Normal cooling causes the freezer coils to build up frost and snow coating all over the coils. A normal defrost cycle melts that frost/snow off and keeps the coils clear so the fans can move air through the coils.During the power outage the frost may have started to melt wetting the snow. If the refrigerator then came on and re-froze the wet frost/snow into a solid block of ice, the normal defrost cycle would not be able to clear that solid ice out. So it may be blocking the air flow. Remove freezer back panel and see if there is ice back there. If yes--use something like a hair dryer to melt everything out until it is completely clear. Make sure the fans are running also.

My may tag fridge GS2126PADB seems to run fine but the freezer is not blowing cold air and fridge & freezer are warm.

There are more than reason: first check the fan in the upper part of the freezer (you have to unscrew 3 bolts of the cover),second check the freezer door sealing, third is to check that the cooling tubes inside the freezer are cold enough without heavy snow (you have to unscrew about 6 bolts of the cover),Heavy snow reduces cooling and it means that the timer is not working or the heater is not working.I hope to help you in reform

check door sealing properly, condenser clear and clean and not too high temperature around freezer. If fan fitted inside, check blades turning properly and not stuck in frost

Check for snow on the back wall of the freezer compartment, Air to cool the refrigerator is supplied from the freezer section. If the coil is frozen over the air circulation becomes retarded and the refrigerator suffers. Snow on the back wall indicates a defrost problem.

all the cold air is made in the frezzer section then blown to the refrig section, the frzzer needs tobe -5 or 0 degrees F, also post model and serial number

alot of time people think if it freezes water it is cold but that happens at 32 F

Defrost system problem will be indicated by frost (snow) on back wall or cooling coil is located in the freezer compartment. Check freezer control setting. If it is set to cold for the freezer it reduces cold air to the refrigerator section.
