Clean the corona wire again using a q-tip moistened lightly with water or glass cleaner. Try carefully shaking the new toner cartridge back and forth to evenly distribute the toner inside the cartridge.
Wipe the scanner window (inside the machine close to where the drum rotates) clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. See page 74 of the user manual.
Power down the printer and clean all silver contacts on the toner cartridge, drum cartridge, and corresponding contacts inside the printer body.
Re-seat all components ensuring the drum cartridge is fully inserted and try printing again.
