I switched off airconditioer from the main switch board. It's just like rebooting a computer. This resolved the issue.

Clean light blinks, dishwasher won't run.

It is telling you that it needs to be cleaned. Remove and clean all filters.
If still a problem contact manufacturer. Most people think that a "cleaning" machine won't get dirty but they do, as bits of food etc get circulated and build up on the filters. These have to be cleaned every now and then.

Mitsubishi paragon plus error 5

job of compressor is to cool only (air conditioning) while heating is usually from the hot water from engine to radiator which circulates inside a small radiaror located inside the dash board.connected to the intake fan with the help of ducting and water control system.
i do not know what mitsubishi uses but it has to be the manual water control valve or an electronic switch to let the water run through the inner heat radiator to give hot air to the passenger compartment. in you case it seems it is electrical relay or awitch malfunction.

I want to replace a Paragon 4004 20M with a Intermatic T104M. The Paragon has 4 screws along the bottom and one more on each side higher up for a total of six. The Intermatic has six, plus the ground. ...

1) These timers are interchangeable.

2) These timers can be complicated. Both handle multiple voltages and can be wired many ways depending on load requirement, wire from breaker box.

3) Description of Load(s), voltage(s) and wiring is not described in question. Add a comment with specific information for detailed help.

4) The 4004-20 timer has wiring terminals 1 2 3 4, plus terminals 5 and 6 that are connected with a brass bridge to terminals 1 and 4.
Since the terminals are connected with brass bridge, terminals 5 and 6 can be considered same as terminals 1 and 2.
If the brass bridge is removed, then the timer can be wired many ways to control multiple voltages, and then terminals 5 and 6 are independent.

5) Intermatic T104 timer has terminals A 1 2 3 4
Intermatic T104 terminal A is not used except as a bare post for Neutral wire, and if timer is wired to control 277V or 440Volts. Or if timer is adapted in other manner.

6) When controlling ordinary 2-wire 240Volt load like a pool pump, here is crossover wiring.
Paragon terminal 1and5-bridged goes to Intermatic terminal 1
Paragon terminal 2 goes to Intermatic terminal 2
Paragon terminal 3 goes to Intermatic terminal 4
Paragon terminal 4and6-bridged goes to Intermatic terminal 3
Intermatic terminal A is not used in this case.

Staling when i turn the aircondition on, and there's a loud squeking noise when i turn on ignition

your air condition compressor is locked up. your will need new compressor, acumulator/drier filter, and expansion valve or orifice tube. a/c system needs to be flushed out to remove particles left in the system by failed a/c compressor.

Just bought this Hoover Fusion vaccum used, cleaned it up, checked belt and filter, turned it on and is extremely loud, almost like a scream. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix?

Loud noises from this model are caused by dirt build up on the suction fan mounted directly to the motor. Under the dirt cup there is a filter screen that should have a foam filter insert, when not used or cleaned properly allows dirt to get into the motor. Cleaning is the best option. Although if you are inclined, you can take it apart or take it to your local deaLer.
