Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
F25 is a motor tachometer code.
In simple terms, the machine control does not know how fast the motor is turning so it shuts down.
The problem could be in the motor, motor controller, the main control, or a wiring harness problem.
Since it is newer, I expect it is something simple like a connector that is not plugged in properly, or has vibrated loose from uneven load. I am seeing a lot of this kind of problem lately.
If you can't wait for service, unplug the machine and remove the lower front cover and check the connections at the motor and motor controller. You can remove the top and check the connections at the main control. Just be sure not to change anything, just make sure all the plugs are pushed in to the connectors properly.
