Best way is do a factory reset.Press and hold reset button during this procedure ,do not release the button until you are finished and you will be back to factory default.

1)Hold button 30 sec.
2)remove power cord hold 30 sec.
3)plug in power cord 30 sec.
You should now be in default factory mode, good to go.

Go to Windows, control panel, view network and status and see if it is there. If that fails go to control panel, system and security, fix problem. If that fails go to control panel, system security, system, device manager and find your device.Left click on it ,remove device ,go to top of page right click on very top icon and scan for devices or you may need to click on legacy device. This should resolve your issue.Good luck

Printer error error code 3807

From the kodak website:

Error "System status failed" (3807)

How do I resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807)?

To resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807):
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:
Open the printer access door.
Remove and install the printhead two times.
Close the printer access door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer's firmware.

If the error is not resolved, contact kodak.

Hope this helps

Laptop won't start-up

Can you tell me if the status lights on the power adapter and/or the battery turns on? Because you are telling me the status lights only stay on for 30 seconds, this should be a power connection problem.

One other possibility: can you tell me the climate environment of where you use your laptop?

Error 5400

the 5400 error is telling you there was excessive temperature in the printhead, and this error code will stop all printing attempts.

Unplug the power from the printer and leave it off for a hour and then check the pins inside the carriage and clean them and clean the contacts on the back of the head.
