1.on the back-side of your ipTime N504 device, where there are five square slots for LAN cables :
2.press with the end of a paper-clip, into the tiny hole at center for 10 seconds when LED lights on top would begin to blink notably faster than before .
3.stop pressing now and your router would RESET back to its factory settings, or the last firmware you installed .

There must be a litlle hole backside, and a button inside hole... Must press it to reset
