The beep stopped on...no idea why it stopped....oven works fine...no fault code

It sounds like this is a a non DIY issue. there is really not much you personally can do.

Unfortunately, GE has not made a parts list available for this model, so they may not be supplying parts.

It may be an exchange-only model, then out of warranty, I'm not sure...

Unplug the range.
Remove the control panel to access the touchpad and electronic control.
Remove the touchpad ribbon from the control inspect for and clean any corrosion and reinsert it.
If this fails, replace the touchpad.

Replace the electronic control.

you will have to replace the ERC or Electronic Range Control or the touch pad.

The manual states that it will beep once a minute after food cooks until you open the door or press stop. Other than that, it sounds like an error condition. But you might contact the GE Answer Center at 1-800-626-2005 Monday 6 a.m. ET through Saturday midnight ET.
