Question edited for clarity. Change the Spanish guy Manuel, to manual the instruction book.
Here are the pads, no manual unfortunately for your model. The number you gave is the serial number, '59' is second half of 2009, and it is the 285th one made
Run a little vineagar and water solution through it. Then all you should run in the machine is distilled water so you dont get that residue and mineral build up on the heating element.
I posted this video explaining how to clean the heater core.

Tons of water on the floor might mean that an internal hose or hose clamp has failed. Once you have it apart you can assess and replace the hoses by taking the bad hose to the auto parts store and asking for an appropriate sized replacement.
Hi!
Since you didn't mention the model type of your floor steamer, i'm giving you the link where you can see the user's guide for all oreck floor steamers.
So, access this link (http://www.oreck.com/Owners-Guides) and go to the floor machines category (under electric brooms).
I hope this will work for you!
Have a nice day!
Hi All
Shark steamer that the light is not on and will not heat up. I have found that there is a in line slow blow fuse in side. replace this fuse IF you can find one and the steamer will work. If you let the unit run dry and leave the unit on it will get hot and blow the fuse!
I am looking for the fuse myself. good luck! Dan FL.
u can send it back or u can fix it urself its a simple fix all u have to do is check the power cord going in u can cut about an inch n reattach it and it should work good luck
