Question about Dewalt DC330K XRP 18v cordless Jig Saw Kit with All - Metal Keyless Blade Change
While sawing a 2x4 with my DeWalt DC330 Jig Saw, the blade comes out when it meets the slightest resistance. I was using a DW3700H blade at first. I changed to a DW3710 and got the same result. I have not used the saw a lot and it is fairly new. This problem just started happening. The blade seems to be seated very well. I can't pull it out with pliers, but it comes out shortly after I start cutting.
I have used the same tool. Make sure that the blade release/ hold tab is engaged. Maybe the return spring is fouled or stuck. Try some lubricant.
