Dirty dishes - junk dishwasher

We've had 4 technicians over in the past year. It's less than a year old. We have a softener also, no problems with it. Our glasses (& dishes) are so foggy dirty, it's unbelievable. They tell us to run the hot water before running the dishwasher. Doesn't help. We're ready to return. Junk

1.) Put 1 cup of bleach in a bowl and set it on top of the spindles in the bottom-middle of your dishwasher.
2.) Place all glassware that needs to be cleaned, at least as much as you can fit, in the dishwasher like normal. PUT NO METAL IN DISHWASHER!
3.) Run it through the wash cycle, but do not let it go through the dry cycle.
4.) Take out the bowl that contained the bleach, and fill it now with 1 cup white vinegar.
5.) Set the bowl in the same spot and let your dishwasher run through an entire cycle.
Also use a little less detergent - it will help as well.
