Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i fix paper jam promblems with a hp photosmart 2575xi printer?

Remove all of the paper from the printer, unplug it, and plug it back in. Then re-insert the paper.
If the paper is midway through the system, try to slowly tug the paper whilst holding it in the center. Do this in short, mild pulls to avoid ripping. For most printers there is enough give to release the paper.
Sometimes simply restarting the printer will allow for it to push the "jammed" paper out while it is warming up.
