Please describe how to rectify brake pedal creeping down & hard, spongy

Welcome to
If your brakes are creeping down to floor you will need to check for a brake line leak. Is the fluid level ok? Do you have to add brake fluid?

Jack creeps down wit screw as tight as it will go.

The piston rings may be leaking fluid past them, the release valve seat or needle may be damaged, or the pump seals may be leaking back fluid. Repair is usually to tear down the entire jack and inspect each part for faults. It might be cheaper to just replace the jack if it is one of the Asian-made jacks. Hope this helps!

Hi, can tell to me why my 18-200 af vr lenss go

The "problem" is that the lens has a zoom creep issue. If you are the original purchaser, and the lens is under 5 years old, you may want to contact Nikon repair facilites in Melville or El Segundo to have it checked out.
Some users on forums have claimed that Nikon fixed the plastics ring that contribute to the zoom creep. Apparently, using a rubber band around the zoom ring will minimize the problem.
Hope this helps,

How far from floor should exhaust hose hole be made edgestar 12000

makes no difference, as long as the ducting is not kinked.
keep in mind heat rises
so obviously if you could dump the heat elsewhere, away from the area you are cooling, then it would not creep back up through the floor. If your flooring is well insulated it will not matter.

From underneth through the pass. wheel well. It's easier if you remove the cv axle, to get the bolt in the back and to get it out. It's a tough job on a lft good luck.

Brake pedal keeps creeping down, but there are no leaks.

check your brake booster and also make sure the rear shoes are adjusted up where they belong. If they are not adjusted up the brake pedal will go farther and farther toward the floor and get spongier as they go farther out of adjustment. If you adjust them up and they back down again change your self-adjusters and springs. They are readily available at your local parts store.
