If you can not get windows to start you will not be able to save anything, not unless you know some one that can get to your hard drive and to use there pc to recover all.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi, i personally think u that if u have tried a repair and it failed, then install another Os but dont format, but still install it on the same partition or different so that u dont loose you data, but i personally think its a virus problem, may be u can also try getting an external casing for sata drivers, then put in you hard disk and scan it from so pc with a good antivirus it u dont find any thing, then it means that its you drivers so i think if u can go to the bios and disable all the device like audio, Lan, wireless etc.
The other problem that would bring that, would be raid support, try the changing your raid to native. so that it supports both IDE and Sata, i will just emulate sata raid to IDE. anyway u try that, hope it helps.

See if you can download it from Microsoft. It seems to be related to the languge translators in Windows (NLS file).

If you have the recovary disc then just boot the pc with the disc and follow the instructions one by one your existing data will be erased and the pc will restore the factory defaults.
Start by pressing F4 when the BIOS "Samsung" screen is showing. This will MAY allow you to restore the original operating system from the recovery partition, if is there.

It sounds to me that unfortunately you have an error on your recorded CD and there will be nothing you can do to repair that.
The installation of Norton should not cause the problem itself an error on the hard drive will usually cause that problem.

Try pressing f4 during boot at bios this should take you to the recovery partition with options to back up to removable media then restore to factory image.
