My phone says out of range / fuera de rango no tone no incoming

no incoming calls no tone no nathing iy only says out of range i ve tried everything since chaking the battery switching the telephone cord etc

My phones do the same thing, first you have to make you have the right handset for the correct base, when that is done recharge all the handsets on there respective bases and that should solve the problem..thx steve
