start, printers and faxes
right click on the print driver , go down to properties click
click on ports
click configure port
click lpr in protocol
Lpr queue name PRINT
LPR byte counting enable
Try this and make sure your ip address is correct

This sounds like either a network problem or you don't have the correct driver installed. There are three types of drivers and the driver is different for the type of controller that is installed in the printer.I suspect that actually the problem here. You can download the different drivers from Toshiba. I would suspect that your network admin may have them for download somewhere. If not just download them from Toshiba and install again. If you have access to another computer that will print you can check what driver it is using. That might help to avoid a headache ;-]
Wish I could give you better info here but without being able to see the hardware etc I can only give you some general ideas.
