SOURCE: Needle hits bobbin outer casing
Your hook/needle timing is off and it needs to be seen by a technician before you damage the hook. Some dealers can do a 24 hour repair for an additional charge.

I have found that either the bobbin is not threaded correctly or the top is not threaded correctly. Try re-threading your machine. I always sew on a test piece before sewing on my project.

The timing has been knocked off when it jammed. The only way to
correct this is to take it to a shop and have it retimed. This is common on these machines.
