I replaced the ink cartriges but nothing is printing onto the page.

Printer icon still in ur computer,u tried to print a page,printer beeps or shaking of gears about to print,but never did?Yes.How long is the inks cartridge or cartridges been in ur printer?Like a year?Yes.Doesn't matter how many pages u printed even only few pages,the the inks cartridges is dead,it out dated and the cartriges it dry up.Requiring new inks cartridges.Pinters manufactures all of them make their money not on the printers hardwares,it so cheap alot of printers like they giving it away,but the inks cartridges themself cost u like $40 to $50 bucks for a pair of inks cartriges and the expiration date only a year.That if only u printed like 40 pages or less or those cartriges will run out inks before the expiration date.

You need to replace all ink carts and follow the directions on the alignment page

This problem is usually caused by one of the colors in the installed cartrige not printing out on the alignment page. You need to have red, blue and yellow working to get a good alignment. Try removing the cartridge, and wiping the print head with a wet paper towel to try to start the ink flowing. You should see three bands of color ink oozing out the bottom. If not, the cartridge is bad and needs replaced again!

The "ghost" image is "burned" onto the drum.

A laser printer is supposed to charge specific "dots" on the drum, and the toner-ink is supposed to stick only to those "dots", the paper is pressed against the drum, and then the "fuser" uses heat to "melt" the toner-ink onto the paper, to produce the printed page.

You need to replace the drum.

Try reinstalling the ink cartrige as if it was a new one, that worked to reset my print cartrige status for HP printer.

the printheads which are below the ink catridges might be bad. I would repalce them.

Did you remove the little sticky tabs from each new cartridge? They allow air in, and ink out.

u should use all cartrige for printing with your printer

Take out the cartriges and hold one at a time between your forefinger and thumb tightly. Hit your wrists together and see if ink comes out the bottom of the cartrige. Be careful not to mess ink on your clothes or carpet etc. This sharp "shock" will bleed the cartrige and hopefully the cartrige will work. Clean all messed ink from any contacts and the jet area of the cartrige before inserting back into the plotter.

Take a dish- put damp tissue in it- if it can a one of the alchohol based cleaning tissue fine.
Stand the cart init for 10 minutes.
with a similar tissue give the contact sheet a wipe. and if it is flush to the bodty see if it has some give.
