My SGH-D500 is not takeing pictures or video

i think the problem is there is a icon or symbol at the top off my phone stoping me from taking video and pictures i have worked out how to take off the quite mode setting by holding down the bottom right button i am thinking i need to do somehting like that to get rid off the symbol and be able to do video and pictures or maybe my phone doesnt even have a camera please email me djmate88@hotmail.com
