Check the developer drive gear,
behind the mother board,,,view the two clutch left side clutch is developer drive clutch, open & check the gear.

Two things could be 1 check dv unit gear normally gear teeths worn out then you need to replace gears together with seals but if gears are ok then open back cover remove cooling fans board and clean or replace developer drive clutch it shoud be fine after one of above let me know
