Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i delete everything off my e-matic mp3 player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visable.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will hightlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

How do i re format my coby mp3 player with out the songs coming off of it and with out it saying error all the time

Generally you cannot reformat something without clearing it. It is possible to remove everything on the device and then reformat and reload everything which could quite possibly solve your error problem.

File sys err how do i get that removed i have did the reset button and still no change

The reason for that error message is because some files are corrupted. Before doing this procedure, back up EVERYTHING on your mp3 player, EVERYTHING! Okay, so after you have backed up your files, you have to format your mp3 player. So, plug your mp3 into your computer and right click on it and click "format". Check "Quick Format" (for faster speed) and begin formatting. After formatting, remove your mp3 player and that message should stop coming back.

Hope this helps.

Erase

hi daisy bay,

the player does not have a reset button, the way to get the device to factory default and erase everything is by opening the device and removing the battery for a couple of hours. but before doing this, you can always use its data cable to connect it to a PC and remove all of the contents of the player.

hope this helps out.

I don't know how to download songs onto my MP3 Player. :(

The majority of mp3 players should come with a cable which connects it to your computer/laptop.

1.Once the MP3 player is plugged into you laptop, you can either use a application like Realplayer, or you can go to My Computer/Removable Disk (depends where you plug it into(Note: The name of the removable disk drive may be called something like the brand or model name of your MP3 player). Once you have opened up the Removable Disk drive, there should be a file for Audio. copy the Music file into that file.

2.With Realplayer go to http://www.realplayer.com.au/ to download it, and then install it and all of that stuff. Once installed, open it up and connect your MP3 player to your computer. Once connected, Realplayer should register that it is there and open it up. If not use step 1.

If you want to use music off of your CDs Download an CD audio to MP3 converter (search for one on google). Then convert your Cds and copy onto your MP3 player.

Hope it help

Can't remove Rhapsody songs

Delete them through Windows Media Player or reformat the device:
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.

Deleting videos and photos

Do you want to remove eveything on the device or just the photos and videos? if you want to remove everything the easiest way to do it is to go to open windows media player...go to sync then your device should be listed on the left side under devices then right click and format it...formatting will erase everything in the device..most likely that will solve the problems..
