I do not know what a range is and where to find it on a Casio FX 9750GII Calculator

In statistics, the range of 1-var a data set is the difference between the largest value and the smallest. R=Xmax-Xmin
In functions: the range of a function is the interval (or the Union of intervals) of the real line where the dependent variable takes it values.
Ex: sin(x). Whatever the value of the independent variable x, the values of the function sin(x) are in the closed interval [-1,1]. The range of the functions sin(x), and cos(x) is [-1,1].
No use of a calculator for finding the range of functions.

I am using a casio graphing calculator and I am trying to graph a parametric function. I put the mode on Param and I inserted xt and yt and i press draw. It draw but then stops and gives me an arugment...

The argument error must have something to do with the parametric functions you are drawing. I do not think anybody would know where to look unless you give us the functions.
As to the range of the T-variable, you can set it by pressing [SHIFT][F3] to open the (V-Window) configuration screen. It starts showing Xmin, Xmax. etc. To get to the T range, use down arrow (about 7 times).

When I try to add say 44.25 and 3.50 it won't give me 7.75 it rounds up to 8. How do I get it to stop?

You are in the Fixed decimal place mode.
To change back to a normal mode press the Shift button(top upper left bluish color) and ten the Mode button (top upper right)
You will get a list of items from 1 to 8.
press the 8 button which is normal.
It will ask which normal mode you want. The difference is how it display the output within a certain range of values.
The "1" will show an exponetial format for value beyond 2 so .005 would be 5X10-3.
I would choose mode 2 so that it will only show exponetial beyond -9

try downloading " Driver Magician ". This searches for and updates all drivers on your system. There is a small fee for registration but this has been a God-send for me.

Replaced oven igniter, but oven still not working.

culd be a relay on the clock assy not closing , or the safety valve has gone bad. the valve is checked by checking for continuity through the valve itself( it should have continuity through the two wire connections oon the one side of the vavle). as far as the relay on the clock cosing, with a good valve, you should get 110v to the ignitor when bake is selected( you should hear a faint click from clock a sec or 2 after pressing start)
