when i burn a movie it takes over an hour then it will play on my pc but wont play on my tv but some times it will play but it starts the movie at the finish throuh to the start

What program(s) are you using to burn the movie? Are your disks dual layer or single? What kind of hardware does your computer have (ram, processor,etc)

What software are you using, are you burning a dvd, and encoding movies takes along time. The back to front playing suggests wrong settings inside software.

also when burning movie install the divx coded its a free ware for www.divx.com
