my t20 thinkpad keeps restarting by itselfand every5th or 6th time it will either go on standby and the screen will say no sync

- thank you.
it was formatted fat32 and I put xp on it after a reformat to ntfs, it probably didn't take cause I now get the infamous blue screen.
