Wrong way round, YOU tell us the model number and type and we tell you where to get the shade. You can see the fan in your house, but we can't. That makes it really difficult for us. Some shades are plain, some are fluted, some have patterns.
All is not lost though. Go here and take your pick. They all sell them including Harbour Breeze themselves..

I need a model number of the unit to assist you, this could be a fan wire or a compactor wire. So a model number is very important to know what you have and get you the correct information you seek. Thanks
Sure the first thing is to look inside the freezer and see if perhaps it is a defrost problem. That most times shows up as warming of the fresh food compartment and a layer of frost or ice layering the walls of the freezer with just near freezing temperatures. Most times people hear what they may think is the compressor running so I recommend that you pull away from wall and unplug, remove cover over compressor and feel top of compressor to insure that it has been running. If warm on top of compressor that will be OK but if cool or too hot to keep hand there we need to find out just what is going on. Most importantly you need to find Brand Name and Model Number=> Locating Model and or Serial Number GE has a way of locating models=> HERE
You seem to know that yours has a motherboard or defrost board and if your refrigerator is made for the US and many for the UK I will be able to answer for all the parts. Just let me know model number and the answers to those simple diagnostics and we will know which way to go as far as repairing your, Thanks Sea Breeze
