I have one dgi xp 3204t machine. my machine problem is do not take size.. screened display erorr paper size... how to solve this prblem

Make Sure the Paper Trays Are Configured With the Correct Paper Size, Type, and Color

To configure settings for Paper Trays 1 and 2

1. Open the paper tray.
2. Make sure that the required paper stock is loaded in the paper tray, and that the paper edge guides are adjusted properly to fit the size of the paper.
3. Close the paper tray. The Printer Settings screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
4. Select [Size], and then select the size of paper loaded in the tray. If this is a standard size paper, the correct size will be selected automatically if the paper guides are adjusted correctly. If necessary, select [Custom] to enter the paper size if the required size is not displayed and then enter the required X and Y values.
5. Select [Save].
6. Select [Type], and then select the type of paper loaded in the tray.

Paper jam at the drum area. Are you printing to this machine ensure the print properties equals what is a the machine Landscape paper not portrait vise versa. Ensure machine not set to metric size paper vise Inch in the USA

see what size your printable area select the correct paper size, in page set up select paper size to A4, and your copier Cassatt to A4 size

Hi,
CO202 relates to tray 1 (top tray). It hasn't managed to lift the paper successfully.
Open the tray, remove the paper, reset the machine (open/shut front door) then reload the paper and try again

Load the custom size paper in Paper Tray 5 (Bypass Tray). The Tray 5 screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen. Select [Non Standard Size] from the column on the left. Select the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to modify the X dimension of the custom paper size. The value range is from 147.32 to 457.2 mm (5.8 to 18.0 inches). Select the [Right] or [Left] arrow button to modify the Y dimension of the custom paper size. The value range is from 147.32 to 297.2 mm (5.8 to 11.7 inches). Select the appropriate paper type from the Paper Type column on the left. Select [Save]. Select [Tray5] from the paper supply section under the [Basic Copying] tab.
