I replaced the battery the negative and the positive battery terminals touched and their was a spark now the car wont start

if you have no power at all, like the engine wont turn over you have blown your fuse-able link on the positive cable thats the simple fix .you might have blown a ecu or a fuse in your fuse box allways start with the simple part first (fuses).

1999 Mazda millenia Electrical issues

the first thing to do is to remove the wires your sister conected, tape them seperately, these wires are power and ground wires and power the light in the visor mirror , they can not touch, so make sure they are apart and not touching any metal surface, tape them, one at a time.

there must be a blown fuse, did you check all the fuse boxes? there is one inside and one under the hood. start with this .

1992 chevy cavalier rs. dash lights stopped working. car wont turn over. changed a blown fuse under dash . but still wont start

If the fuse blew, it may have been a symptom of a larger problem with your electrical system. I'd suggest testing your spark plugs, distributor and alternator, as well as jumping your battery. If it's not cranking at all, one of those should be the problem. A voltage multimeter is the tool to use; Walmart and AutoZone have them for $10-20.

My rover 25 wont turn over, when i turn the key theres nothing but the car will bump start

When you say Bump start, are you talking about push starting your truck? That being the case, I would look at your fuses first, to see if any of them are blown. If you find any blown, just replace them, and try to start it again. Your owners manual should have the location of all your fuses, and what they do. Any that are labeled ignition (ign) would be a culprit if you find it's blown. If you don't find a blown fuse, you may be looking at a solanoid, or starter. Let me know what you find.Dennis

No sound from fuel pump

First if there is no sound coming from the fuel pump always look in your fuse panel for a blown fuse. If a fuse is blown for the pump if it is electrical you should hear the pump kick on when you replace the fuse and turn the ignition. If there is no sound and the fuse isnt blown then you have a faulty fuel pump.
