How do I remove the door speaker cover in a rexton to get access to the speaker

Hi, I don't believe that you can gain access to the speakers from the outside, the covers are not removable, they are an integral part of the door trim. You'll need to lift the small round upholstery caps, undo all the screws that hold the arms rest in place and pop-off the panel fasteners to lift the entire trim off the door. Before you can separate the trim, you'll have to also disconnect the wiring sockets and door lock linkages. Only after you lift the trim off you will see the speakers which are screwed onto the interior of the door frame itself. You will also need to lift the plastic dust cover glued to the door frame. Carefull, that black stuff is very sticky and a bit messy to handle.
From memory, they are about 110mm cone speakers and the rubber suspension ring has a tendency to perish after about 8 - 10 years, so I replaced mine with some aftermarket, 200W, 3 way speakers.
But beware, it's not quite that simple. The plastic mounts for the speakers make it hard to insert just any replacement speaker. The mount is actually part of the speaker body and I had to cut mine out with a hacksaw. I also had to do some modifications to the remainder of the mount to attach the replacement speakers. I didn't have any choice as the original speakers had collapsed and rattled like crazy, but the result was worth it. Good luck.

Hi Pump_house

How old are the glasses? Bvlgari has a 2 year warranty that covers defects on the frame. You can send them back to the manufacturer if you are still within that 2 year period.

Broken screen

Most rear projection screen are only secured with a few screws along the bottom side of the screen frame behind the speaker grille . so you have to remove the speaker grille cover then remove the screen frame screws then just slide the frame assembly up to disengage the upper clips. If you dont see any screws through the rear cabinet into the frame this is how your screen frame should come off
