That's a store brand for Home Depot. If you're in or near Boca Raton, Fl. then just bring in an old blade & blade holder & I can try to match it.

Need website to register hampton bay ceiling fan? Please help.

You can change the entire appearance of your fan by simply changing the ceiling fan shades. If your ceiling fan is outdated, you can change its look with new shades and even new blades, no need to take it down.
Replacing the ceiling fan shades is an affordable and practical alternative to purchasing a new ceiling fan. The amount of work in removing the old fan and installing the new one is enough to have you considering replacements of shades and blades as the best answer.
The Many Styles of Ceiling Fan Shades
Ceiling fan shades come in a variety of shape and size. With the huge selection, you are sure to find one that is right for you and your décor. In addition to the different sizes and styles, the materials can come in various styles, such as:
• Smoked Glass
• Etched Glass
• Beveled Cut
• Smooth Surfaced
• Ridged or Bumped Glass
There are an endless combination to the ceiling fan shades styles and materials.

Hampton Bay Windward II Ceiling Fan SKU 523-127 was sold by Home Depot, and manufactured by King of Fans.

King of Fans website is: http://www.kingoffans.com
This fan can be seen by clicking on Products --> Ceiling Fans --> Click on page 9 (at the bottom of the webpage) then click on the Windward II fan you will be able to get to the needed additional information.

After downloading and reviewing my fan's Owner's Guide, and reviewing the online FAQs, I called 1-800-330-3267, concisely described the problem, and ordered the parts needed with only the fan name and SKU.

I and am about to order more parts after suffering a power surge (The needed info was in the FAQs). My experience is great customer service and speedy delivery of the needed parts.

One of their FAQ's answers the question:

Where can I get parts for my ceiling fan?

You may call customer service at 1-800-330-3267 on Monday through Friday EST. When you call please have your UPC code available. If you do not have your owners manual, you may look on the top of the fan where you will see a silver or gold sticker. There you will find a UL number beginning with the letter E and located under the UL number is the UPC code. The UPC code consists of 12 numerical digits. From that information, the customer service representative will be able to determine if you are calling the correct company and determine the make and model of your product. If it is determined you are calling the wrong company, you will be given the correct number to call.
