Can't print envelopes

I cannot get my Xerox WorkCentre Pro 128 to feed envelopes from the bypass tray.

- I finally got it to work but I had to change the inverter setting on the copier to offset stacking. After that, I had to change the copy settings on the copier to tell it to use the finisher and I had to go into the printer driver on each PC and tell it to use the finisher as well. Without doing this everything came out into the center tray, which made the stapler and other features of the finisher unavailable.

    6. Click <OK>

Within the WorkCentre Pro 123/128 print driver
After opening up the print driver [<Start>, <Settings>, <Printers>, double-click on the WCP 128 PCL6 driver], click on Printing Preferences under the General tab.

  • " on Specify Paper Type and select Heavyweight (1 or 2)
  • " (Apply> and <OK>
  • " <OK> again

In Microsoft Word under Envelopes and Labels, Click <Print> to send the information to the printer.

Note: This setup represents one way of printing envelopes. Other ways setting up some features in a different manner will work as well.
