Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

Be sure to sign out of your account when you're done.

You can cancel your Gmail account by following the steps below:
(Important: Once you cancel your Gmail account, you won't be able to use the same username in future.)
1.Sign in to your account at "accounts.google.com" (without quotes).
2.At the top, click "Data tools".
3.In the Data Tools box, click "Delete products".
4.Click "Remove Gmail permanently".
