F2-EO indicatwes a shorted key pad. Electronic parts on ranges sometimes have warranty for five years (may only cover parts) so check your owners manual to see what your warranty is then call for service. It is a good idea to save reciepts of repair for future reference if neccessary.

The F3 E0 means

is a door latch failure and is displayed due to malfunction of door
latch-switch assembly. First try to check the door latch switch, if fine then
recommended repair is replacement of door latch-switch mechanism. Please get
