Question about Lands Phones
Hello, my parents recently changed their phone contract and there were a few issues with the line change, but now their beocom 6000 phone no longer has an answering machine service and we can't find any info on the manual about setting it up again. The phone itself is all set up and registered, but the answering machine service has gone - could anyone tell us how to record a new message etc... now the new line is up and running? Many thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Press the >>/Time Set button for about 2 seconds. The system will announce "Monday" press the >>/Time Set again to choose the correct day. Press <</Time Check to change to hours. Select the correct hours by pressing the >>/Time Set, then press the <</Time check to change to minutes. I can't get the mail box 2 to operate either.

Hey! To play messages press the clear/mute button then the number 2 button and then press the green phone symbol then your messages should play. To turn off do exactley the same but instead of pressing number 2 press number 8! Hope that helps!

Here's you manual:
Click icon under download....then save..remember where it saves it. Usually when the machine will not record messages there are only a few things that can be wrong....check the Telephone Answering Machine(TAM) section.
You might need to erase all the data and/or change to the correct mode for the phone to function properly. Obviously having the manual will help! :-)
