I am not able to detect bluetooth in Zebra rw420

Hello,
Go to C:/windows/inf and look for files called oemXX.inf oemXX.pnf.

Open the .inf files one by one and look for the EPSON label in them and when you find one just delete the .inf and .pnf file equivalent. There might be more than one EPSON files in the inf library.

Then unplug the printer, restart the computer, and the add wizard should pop again when you replug the printer.

Try to copy stand alone. ~ Check if the drivers are properly installed ~ Check device manager/system profiler if the printer is detected ~ If the unit is on wireless connection, try network settings and ping the printer ~ If on usb connection, check printer icon ~ You can try to replace the usb cable or try a different computer

If it can be detected on other computers (Macs or linux) than the documents can be saved. If cannot detect on other PCs you will need someone with the knowledge to recover files from memory chips.. Good luck..

7. eg. Ex5400
8. nearer no is : Eq5400, Cx5400 or 5400

I suggest you to remove printer connection from the pc Restart the computer and then connect the printer if it detects the printer continue with the steps of Found New Hardware( insert the printer cd into the drive and continue with the installation
if it is not detected then Start--->Control panel ----->printers and Faxes and delete any printer icons in same dailogue box click file menu File-->server properties---> in this dailogue box choose drivers tab select the drivers if any and click on the remove button (remove all the Drivers)
and then restart the printer the printer will be detected
if assume that you know the installation of printer
if not --->control panel--->printer and faxes----> Add printer option

Go to www.hp.com let the website auto-detect your printer and download the drivers automatically

ok..

remove all software from computer for printer

go to www.canon.com and get new drivers by model and operating system

re install

try it again.
