L am trying to recover back rental payments owed

Verbal agreement was arranged for payment of $13100.00 to be made with funds from a deceased fathers property once sold. I have just found out recently that the house was sold over 12 months ago by another family member. Now they have purchased a house of their own and are ignoring my phone calls and text messages, so l have sent a letter of demand to their current address. What is my next step????

SOURCE: interest only payments

I gave up using the Texas BA II. I used an on-line mortgage calculator for interest only. I was able to get a full printout.
I would like to learn more about the BA II and how to do this type of math on it.
Thank you

What happens if I default on a merchant cash advance?

If you are looking for funds for your business, merchant cash advance is what you can go ahead with. Within a few days of submitting the merchant cash advance, your business will be getting funds.
Talking of defaulting merchant cash advance, what can come up as a result depends upon the agreement that you share with the cash advancing company. But in this scenario, you are likely to face a default with interest being charged upon the amount the debt and you can even be sued by the agency owing the money in a civil court.
Hence it is suggested to clear your loans at the earliest to avoid extra payment on the basis of 'loan interest' as well as unwanted legal hardship. By using prominent financial lending service like Capital Float, you'll receive enough time and ways to clear out the merchant cash advance to avoid being into defaulter list.

I let my car insurance lapse so the bank has added insurance to the car loan and increase my payment and is now charging interest on the entire payment. How legal is this?

It's legal in all 50. If you read closely in your loan papers you will find a written clause stating they have the right to do so - "as long as you owe money to them on the car"

I owe you $5.00 - how do I pay it using Paypal?

When does FixYa issue payments to Experts? At the start of each month, FixYa calculates your total Premium Assistance earnings for the previous month. If your earnings total $50 or more, FixYa notifies your selected Payment provider (Payoneer or PayPal) of your pending earnings payment by the 3rd business day of the next month.

Note: If your earnings total less than $50 for the month, they remain in your FixYa account and are added into the next month's earnings.

Posting progress payments

If you are paying your sales tax by invoice date - the payments will not affect your liablity. ie you owe the whole amount of sales tax as of the date of the invoice. If you are paying sales tax as of the time of payment. You will owe sales tax at the time you receive payment.
Since you are using progress invoicing, the sales tax would be come due at the time of the invoice. If you are just receiving payments, you would receive payments (as you would with any customer, and not invoice until time of completion. You would just need to make sure that your preference for sales tax due date is set to Invoice date, not time of payment.

Present value of a loan

The present value of any future monthly (?) stream of payments stretching some 24 years into the future takes into account the time value of money and depends on the interest rate assumed to apply for each month throughout those 24 years.

There are formulae to calc this for an equal monthly payment and a constant interest rate, over the term but for a variable interest rate you need a spreadsheet.

In the simple case of zero interest assumed throughout the term, present value = current principal balance, but for any positive interest rate, the total present value of the future payment stream is less than the current principal balance.
