My horn blows when i make left turns. what is going on

The horn pad or the clock spring in the steering column is shorting to ground. The clock spring is the device that allows contacts in the steering wheel to move in circles.

EARLIER IN THE WEEK HAD TO HAVE CLOCK SPRING REPLACED ON MY 05 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE... NOW MY SERVICE ELEC BRAKE SYSTEM ANDTRACTION LIGHT IS COMING ON... IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN MY MECHANIC FIXED CLOCK SPRING...

Your Cherokee uses a steering angle sensor that is part of the clockspring, it measures how quickly you turn the steering wheel thus inducing an ABS event. It is likely that the repair is related. You can turn the steering wheel lock to lock 4 or 5 times while sitting still, this should "initialize" the sensor. If this does not work I would return it to the shop and have them recheck thier work.

OBD11tech thinks I have a bad clock spring on my 1999 jeep cherokee classic due to my horn not working & the air bag light stays on. Where is the clock spring & how do I change it?

it's inside the steering wheel
must be careful, because of the air bag.
disconnect the battery and wait for 10 minutes for the air bag capacitor to discharge power.
remove the air bag module from the steering wheel
remove the center nut, then steering wheel
the clock pring is a yellow round piece that fitted inside the steering column. there is a snap ring hold the clock spring in place. disconnect the wiring then remove the clock spring.

My 1999 jeep grand cherokee airbag light and alert keeps going off. How do I fix it?

It's possible the clock spring in the steering column is bad. That would have to be looked at and repaired by a qualified mechanic.

Air bag light keeps coming on my 1999 jeep grand cherokee

Jeeps did have a problem with the clock spring in the steering column. This clock spring is a part that connects the lower harness with the switches on the steering wheel. To replace the clock spring it will have to be done by a qualified tech since the airbag itself has to be removed. Have the car checked for codes first before making any repairs.

I have a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee and when i turn the steering wheel it makes a clicking noise i believe it may be the turn signal stick that is rubbing up against the steering, also when i lock and unlock...

The clicking noise is coming from the clock spring in the steering column. The clock spring is the connection between the air bag and lower harness. It should be replaced by a certified technician.
