Question about Nokia C7 (8 GB) Smartphone
Try getting an over air update when you call the service you are using, If that doesnt work check your phone for new software update and last thing to do is check a different sim card to see if your sim card is damaged if all of these do not work I reccomend returning phone to the place of purchase as it may be the phone itself. Hope this helps let me know what you find out.

Testimonial: "The phone had been updated with the latest softwares. The sim card works on other phones...only C7 fails to detect. If I were to returned it to Nokia, charges will incur as it has been more than 2 years since it's last usage. I'm looking for a DIY option. Thanks."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
