If you wish to change the language you must download a Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI). Unfortunately such is only supported by Vista Enterprise and Vista Ultimate, so as a Home Premium user there is nothing you can really do unless you are willing to either upgrade to Ultimate or purchase an English copy.

Thank you for your query, unfortunaltey you cannot change the whole of windows from Spanish to English you will need to purchase a copy of windows in English
If you are referring to the keyboard layout then this can be changed, please do the following
1) Click on Start>Control Panel> Regional and Language Options> (Tab) Languages>Details
In this area add English and remove Spanish
If this has been useful please leave postive feedback/vote/testimonial - Thank You Again

Testimonial: "Most helpful thanks, and thanks for your prompt reply."
Go to the control panel, choose "Regional and Language Settings", go to through all the tabs and choose "English-United States", make sure that location is changed to United States and reboot.
