Mine gave me issues if I didn`t fill the tube to the right level. also I unplugged it for 20 minutes and when plugged back in worked fine again. Go figure.

Leisure Bay -My spa will not heat - no FLC/FLO code/Voltage is correct/4KW Dry Element Heater test 15.9 Ohm across leads and OL on each to housing

It appears per your test that the heater May not be the problem as it shows that it may be good.

Your error message is a Flow condition / Restriction

Try cleaning the filter

How do I reset error code on imperial hottub..?

Flo code is not a resettable message. That means you have a problem. Is it flashing (interactive with temp) or is it solid (only the Flo Code) ?

Both of these are two different problems, and they have to be corrected before the message will clear.

Try cleaning the filter, or if it is older than 18 months, replace it.

Flc trouble code

Did you try to unplug it and then after a hour try to plug it back in and see if it set it's self, or call the manufactor for the code or the company.

Filled artic spa 36 hours ago. not heating properly. what should I check?

If you don't have any error codes, FLO, FLC, then there is a chance your heater has burnt out. You would need an Ohm meter to measure if you have continuity thru the heater element. You should read 11 to 12 ohms. If you have either FLO or FLC on the display this indicates a problem with the pressure switch. The pressure switch is threaded into the side of the heater, the stainless steel tube attached to the #1 or main pump. Its a round module with two wires attached to it. There is an adjusting post in the center of the module. For an FLO code turn the post half a turn CCW. For an FLC code turn it half a turn CW. If this does not solve the problem replace the pressure switch.

Have hot tub with Spabuilders heating unit not functioning and getting two messages (1) FF 04 & (2) Fd 02

FF 04 and FD 02 might not be error codes.

In the UK, 'FD' stands for either 'Filtration Duration' or 'Filtration Delay'. As I'm not in the office right now I don't have a manual at hand.

Why isn't the hot tub functioning correctly??

Common Spa Builders (Gecko) error messages are, OHH, FLO, FLC, Sn1 and Sn2. Also they have three flashing dots which can appear on the display.

What does oh mean on hot tub a cal spa

'OH' means 'over-heat'.

Basically the high-limit temperature sensor has detected a temperature far in excess of what it should be.

Check the filter(s), water flow, pump etc....

Ian.

Can not clear FLC error....tried cleaning filter and resetting power source but still has error

Hi,

FLC Refers to Flow Error. As per Manual, you need to follow the below :-

~ Open Bleed Valve to Release Trapped Air.
~ Adjust Pressure Switch.

If problem persists, Take a Voltmeter / Multimeter and Check Pressure Switch. More often, Pressure Switch is the main reason for this.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
