I'm looking for my tax file number, can u help me out please

That depends on your country in which you file taxes. For example, in Australia you can get your TFN from an account you set up in MyGov with the ATO, Australian Tax Office. In the US, you are wanting your ITIN, Tax payer Identification number. If you do not have one, you apply for one with the Social Security Administration.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/taxpayer-identification-numbers-tin

In order to retrieve a lost ITIN (that is Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), you will need to call the IRS ITIN Hotline at 1-800-908-9982. You can answer a series of questions to verify your identity and the IRS will provide you the number.

Can the IRS call you on the phone and threaten to come to your door in an hour and take you to jail for taxes owed from previous years that you are not aware of.

Are they asking you to pay them with iTunes gift cards or something similar? It's a scam.
Best advise: hang up, look up the IRS phone number on their website and call them.

The real IRS won't send you to jail. You can't pay your taxes if you're in jail.

H&R Block tax error in 2003-2004

get an accountant/lawyer firm involved as H&R Block will use the disclaimer that you sign at every tax return submitted on your behalf
doing your own tax returns always is a risky business at the best of times but it has to be sorted out and the sooner the better for you

How do I access the seat belt spring mechanism on driver's front side of my 2-door car?

You may be prohibited by law from doing stuff to this mechanism, depending on where you are.
On most Camry bodies you just carefully pull the garnish straight off. They are secured by clips in slots rather like these

It will probably be necessary to remove the lower centre pillar garnish and maybe the front upper roof garnish and the upper rear side garnish first, the same way.

Then see here p127

Why does the constitution allow the federal government to levy taxes?

The basic thing is that without the taxations of all types of your dues it could not be operated any more. It is also fact that Section 8 of the Constitution does, and the 16th amendment specifically authorizes the income tax. Federal Tax Levy is involving all around taxes and taxation departments transactions. Before that, income tariffs were the main source of revenues for the federal government. So anybody who tells you tariffs failed doesn't know history before 1913 and he did not have any kind of idea about failed of tariffs or anything.

97 sl-1 how do I remove the dash top and side trim pieces?

Very carefully as the retaining clips on both parts break very easy. These panels will pop off with a small pry tool like a long cabinet screwdriver but odds are you are breaking one or more of the retainers off the panel. The dash panel isn't as bad as the side garnishes which seem to break the easiest when you dont want them to the most. On the garnishes, try to pry right at the clip mount for best results. The clips in the halfway part of the garnish are the most critical as the garnish will sag if these are broken.
