Question about HP Compaq Presario C769US Notebook
When my screen is open to about 45 degrees the screen begins to scramble. the problem started at about 90 degrees and has steadily gotten worse. i have looked at a bunch of websites trying to find this problem but i haven't been able to find anything on it. anybody have any thoughts?
It's the lcd video cable. The wires are damaged so when you move it up and down at some point they touch and at other times they don't.
Replace the cable and you're good to go.
