Question about Bowflex Treadclimber
I have just changed out my belts and one of the treadles on my treadclimber. I am still having the same error code with H-23. I am pretty sure I have burned up the motor and am waiting on the replacement to be delivered at the end of the month. However, as I was reading the instructions for putting on the new belts, I noticed the caution which discusses a magnet on teh inside of the drive pully. It said to be sure and notice the positioning. I could find no magnet on the inside of the drive pully wheel. I saw an round molded indention where something like that could be housed, but no visable magnet. Do I need to order one, or is it simply imbedded and I didnt look close enough?
almost magnet is here

I have the exact problem. My machine is 3 days old. I am also getting this H03, H13, H24 error. I called the 1-800 number for the Treadclimber TC20 and they informed me that a handful of machines were sent out with a bad control board. I am waiting for a replacement board.

this a problem with a bad design from a factory. You must call to service support a explain this error. Is a problem, with a PROM AND EPROM.
However you can try to RUN the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshootingl.
God bless you

This is a common error in this kind of machine. You must call to the company bowflex, and claim the problem. The hardware design is defective, they will replace.
However you will the same problem, if you do not act right now.
God bless you
