I talk to a rep and told me to access A email for the adress and confirmation number and I can seem to access to the website it shows me as error message
If your tablet is frozen what until the battery gives out.
Once it gives out charge it and turn it on if that doesn't work try this.
Get something small like a pin somewhere on your tablet there should be a little circle and the words RESET stick the little object in there hold it for five seconds and let it go your tablet will restart and reset. If that doesn't work your tablet is defected you need to take it back to the store you got it from
