Open close the front door. if it comes back the charge corona wire above the drum or the transfer & separation wires are the problem. The charge wire is above the drum have to remove the drum section to see it they are very thin gold plated wires that place a electrical charge on the drum prior to the image being placed on the drum.
The Transfer and separation wire are directly below the drum Transfer allows the image to be placed on the paper as it comes underneath the drum and above this very thin gold plated wire, The separation wire the second one prevents the paper from sticking to the drum. The xfer/sep assy. wires are located directly under the drum. then are very thin mite be broken. Grounding the High voltage. pull down and pull out the assy. to check it. There is cleaning handle try pushing it back and forth. If they are broke replace tem very carefully. Percission Roller may have them
