I don't have a iphone, but I would think if you log out com cast turn the phone off and on and allow it to re sync, it may reset itself after logging in back.

Where are all my deleted messages? Only 7 showing in Trash and none in Deleted Messages

In Yahoo Mail:
  1. Click Trash.
    - Your Trash folder's contents appear to the right.
  2. Select any messages you would like to save.
  3. Click Move.
    - A pop-up with your folder list displays.
  4. Click the folder you want to move the messages to.
Your selected emails move to the folder you indicated.

Not seeing emails in your Trash? Yahoo Mail regularly empties the Trash folder. Once it's been emptied, they're permanently deleted from the Yahoo Mail servers.

Message counter problem

There are a few things that could cause this.
One, you might have a lot of old unread emails in your account that you have never opened or deleted.
If that's not the case, I would recommend deleting your email account of your phone and re-adding it.

Open your Mail app, and navigate to main page which contains all of your mail accounts, Under accounts tap your ID, tap inbox, tap edit on the right top corner, then tap mark all bottom left of the screen, and tap mark as read... Hope it will help you.

Note: This will work if you are running IOS 7 otherwise update to latest IOS and try... If it works for you kindly give me a vote...

I delete my emails by mistake, how can I retreive it back please. It is very urgent and important.

Hi . If you deleted your email messages and the trash folder hasn't been cleared out yet, you'll be able to find it there. In the TRASH FOLDER. You can find it in the list of folders on the left pane of Yahoo! Mail.

Hope this helps. Have a great day. :)

My mail went into trash and i cant get it back as the trash is empty

Nothing you can do
Your trash will probably Auto delete after a set period
You can usualy change the time it waits before emptying
Unless Yahoo Mail Archives your emails its gone forever
Google Mail archives emails so even if you delete the trash you can get it back

Undeleting email

When you delete messages in Yahoo! Mail, they go to your Trash folder. If you delete a message by mistake, for a little while you'll be able to find it in Trash and move it back to your Inbox or another folder. Just remember that messages in your Trash folder can be deleted at any time, without warning.
To permanently remove the contents of Trash yourself, just click Empty next to Trash on the left side of the page. When messages are emptied from the trash folder, they are permanently deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server and cannot be recovered.
