Question about LG GSA-2166D DVD RW Dual Layer Burner
I went and bought this burner last week because my E drive had just quit working. I hooked it up and burned 3 or 4 dvd's just fine. I went to Wal-Mart and bought more blank dvd's because I had run out. I tried to burn one last night on these new dvd's and it's telling me that "This disc type is not supported". They are DVD-R which is what I was using before. The only difference I can see is that the old ones were 8x write speed and these new ones are 16x write speed. According to the paperwork with my burner you can use 16x write speed so I can't figure out what the problem is. Any ideas? They are the same brand as the ones I was using before also.
