Problem for Sharp AL 1631 Grayscale Copier
SHARP AL1631 drum light wont go off.
I replaced the drum and toner. When I restarted the machine the drum light stays on but now it will make NO copies. I have e-mailed sharp but have heard nothing from them yet. Does anyone know what the problem is that would be willing to share the answer? Thank you

you have to reset the drum code by doing the following
press clear / density select /clear / density select
select 24 and enter
7 and enter
restart copier and away you go
press clear / density select /clear / density select
select 24 and enter
7 and enter
restart copier and away you go

C-photo-c-photo then machine disply is blank then press page quantity key left two times and right four times then press printkey
and then 7
power off your machine on again then omit drum signal make copy
and then 7
