You're going to have to buy a new one. Unfortunatelly you can't replace just the drum. There are "after-market" drums for some OKI's so you might want to look into that.

Why can't I use a toner and drum set from an OKI c5250 in an OKI c5200

While the drum units may appear the same, chances are Okidata puts a different chip on it that makes in incompatible. The C5200 will use drums from a C5150. The C5250 appears to use different supplies.

Am getting error 356: Belt Life - Is there a way to replace that yourself?

I suspect this is the transfer belt that needs to be replaced. I've seen the error as 355 not 356 but that could be depend on when in the life-cycle of the belt you see the error. You can replace this yourself. The entire list of steps is given here for the C5150n: http://my.okidata.com/man-c5150-c5200.nsf/MOCContents/380C6DEE82CF117285256CC50063D2D3?OpenDocument . (The entire manual is here: http://my.okidata.com/man-c5150-c5200.nsf/InsideUsersManual?OpenFrameSet .)
The transfer belt, part 42158711, costs ~$210 from this vendor: http://www.fastprinters.com/ProductDetails.asp?product_id=OKI-42158711 . It's probably close to $250 from OKI. Staples has it for $270; Amazon.com lists one for $166.

To replace the transfer belt, you have to take out the image drums and put them in black plastic bags (if you take more than 5 minutes to replace the belt). Remember their order. Then locate the blue locks on each side of the belt unit and rotate them about 45 degrees to unlock them. Lift out the belt unit using the handle at the front. Unpack the new belt and hold it with the handle to the front of the printer. Catch the gear at the back with the drive gear on the belt unit. Lock the blue locks and then reinstall the image drums.

I hope this helps.

How do i clean the print heads on a oki c5200

With the top cover open, gently wipe the LED head(s) with the lens cleaner pad supplied with replacement toner cartridges. A soft, lint-free cloth with some isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)** can also be used.As the last step before closing the cover when replacing a toner cartridge or an image drum.
If you are experience poor print quality, including
- longitudinal white stripes or fading
- blurred letter edges
CAUTION! Do not use methyl alcohol or other solvents on the LED heads: this will damage the lens surface.

K drum life keeps coming up,

The best is to replace the black drum, you can fix it but you have to take apart, clean out the waste toner, replace the fuse, and cleaning blade and reassemble. The fuse will reset the printer to know it's a new drum.

We have recently bought a second hand OKI C5200 Colour Laser Printer and even though the black and white print seems to be great the clour is coming out with coloured streaks, what would you recommend?

One or more of the drums may be defective. Swap the black with another color and print a document. If that color printed the charectors ok, then continue the test with the other drums each taking a turn in the Black drum position until you find the bad drum.
