MKE FG115 The flame coming out of the 3 burners is orange with a strong burning smell. The other fryer we use has a blue flame with no issues. What do you suggest?

blue with just a small amount of orange flame flicker ervey now and then,if its orange more than blue your gas orfice is dirty or you need to open up the air shutter so you get more air to burn gas more completely

The soot or carbon have probably build up inside the fire tubes, better check and have an authorized service technician clean them.
Make sure that the fryer is receiving the rated gas pressure and correct gas type as stated on the nameplate, this way, carbon or soot formation on fire tubes can be prevented
