You should try and download the users manual if you do not have one...I remeber seeing in it that after hooking every thing up, you have to do the channel search twice before the unit will work properly..This is highlited in the manual with correct hookup diagrahm..

SOURCE: tv screen says no channel listed
Do you have a separate cable converter? In that case, the tv must be set to channel 2,3 or 4 (depending on the box) and you use the converter's remote to change channels. Otherwise, go into the setup menus for your tv and look for 'tuning' or 'source' and make sure it's set to 'cable' and not 'antenna'. Hope this helps!

The circuit or integrated circuit being controlled has likely failed. You might try 'resetting' it by pulling the AC plug overnight. If that has no effect, a repair is unavoidable. This model seems to be developing a number of different problems.

when you press the reset button the tv has gone to factory setting. All the settings made by you have been erased when you rested the tv. you have to set all channels by auto tinning your tv. also you have to set picture setting according to your preference, because the tv is now in factory default setting.
