The error (E3) relates to the water heating but not reaching the
required temperature. This can be due to a couple of things generally.
The sensor which detects the water temperature can be faulty or the
heater element itself is faulty and not heating the water to a high
enough temperature. I think it's needing to be replaced.
Check to see if there is a thermostat screwed up into the underside of the tub on the rear right side. If there is, test the thermostat to see if it's open circuit, if it is you'll need to change it.

I appreciate your post, Deejanae!
I see that your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an error code of "E16". It appears that "E16" is an invalid code. I would recommend performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If you continue to experience an issue with an "E16" error code I would recommend contacting a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
